Q: Hyunseung and Dongwoon is living with their family now, the remaining 4 are all living alone, the dorm life up till now, if you were to compare, what are some better things? 

  • Yoseop: During trainee period there's 3 double bunk bed in a room, it's very narrow. We would order jajangmyeon and eat it on the bed....
  • Yoseop: Dongwoon's sleep-talking is very serious. 
  • Junhyung: Dongwoon would sleep-talk once he fall asleep, everyone would know that he has fallen asleep already. And he would suddenly jerk his body, very scary (laughs)
  • Yoseop: You mean he would kick the wall too even when he's asleep (laughs) 
  • Junhyung: Dongwoon when you were sharing a room with Yoseop, talk about this or that dissatisfaction too?
  • Dongwoon: Wait a minute! None! Very good!! 
  • Yoseop: Looking at this, it seems like there's another wall which I can't see in the room, seems like there's another room (inside the room itself) (laughs) 
  • Dongwoon: But at night if I'm playing the computer Yoseobie hyung will... 
  • Dujun: (imitating yoseop-san) "Quickly sleep!"
  • Yoseop: The gaming interface is too bright. But I don't know where he get it from, he found a big enough box that block the light. 


Q: If you move to a bigger new flat you want to create a for-exercise-use room?!

  • "Really happy to come to an interior decoration shop!" Yoseop who smiled as he said. Starting boxing a year ago, right now (his) house is a little similar to the state of a gym. "I don't play games, there are not much times when I contact my friends to go out and hang out too. Was thinking that I should find something that I can put in concentration to do, unknowingly sports has become an interest. On a Korean TV program the flat that was revealed, I have recently moved to a bigger flat so I have a room for physical training. Q: Junhyung has a pet dog too right. In Japan people who live alone with a dog marry late.


  • Junhyung: Don't know if it's like this in Korea. Indeed having a pet minimize your loneliness, seems to not feel the need to get marry too. Getting rid of his waste, feeding him, giving him a shower. Taking of him like this, there is lesser time for girls and dating. 
  • Yoseop: There's nothing we can do if we missed the marriage timing/age. Marriage is originally nothing like that of expectations too.
  • Junhyung: That's right. 

Q: If you've to invite B2UTYs to your room, which BEAST song would you play? 

  • Yoseop: Junhyung's solo track <Slow>. It's a song which you can listen to in a peaceful ambience. 

 Q: The one with the most messy, dirty room?

  • Yoseop: Me! Because I'm very busy things gradually get piled up. When should I do a big spring cleaning. 
  • Doojoon: Gikwang's room has nothing at all, like a sample/show room. 
  • Yoseop: Even though your room is tidy, it's just like Gikwang's with very little things. 
  • Doojoon: I worked hard in tidying! 
  • Yoseop: Is that so? (laughs) The one who decorated his room the best seems to be Junhyung. Gikwang would spread everything and arrange it handsomely

Q: New song <How About You> will be released on 11/14. Junhyung who's in charge of composing, what sort of mood did you include?
  • Junhyung: Compared to dating experts, there seems to be more people who are not skilled at dating. I wrote the same with the intention of 'To create a harmony among people who aren't good at dating, it'll be good if they can pluck up their courage and become a handsome person'. It's a song that's describing a story of 2 people who are about to fall in love. 
  • Doojoon: Junhyung wrote this song quite long ago, from that time I liked the happy cheerful melody a lot. 
  • Gikwang: I also feel that this is the type of song whereby you'll like it immediately once you hear it. For the stage performance after including a choreography will like it even more right.
  • Hyunseung: I like it too. It's a song that's very suitable for BEAST's current activity in Japan now. 


Q: The 'You' in <How About You> who is it referring to? 

  • Dongwoon: The fans. 
  • Junhyung: Of course. When I was writing the song I kept thinking of the fans too. 

Q: One thing that you want to ask fans 'How about you?' is? 

  • Dongwoon: I rather like this song. How about you?
  • Yoseop: 'We like Ichiran ramen, how about you?' this questions (laughs). This question is difficult~! 

Q: There's a lyrics of 'Be it day or night I only have you', what is something you're thinking of recently be it day or night? 

  • Dongwoon: Junhyung-hyung is always thinking of his dog, isn't it? 
  • Junhyung: There's no space for hyungnim to intervene between the fans and me. But I keep thinking of Hawaii which we went during the summer holidays. Still want to go Waikiki beach again! 
  • Dongwoon: Me too! 
  • Hyunseung: There isn't anything in particular that I'm obsessed with/addicted to recently. After the promotion ended in Korea I don't really think of work-related stuff, spending my day freely. 

Q: As a producer what kind of person is Junhyung?  

  • Junhyung: Kawaii! 
  • Doojoon: Junhyung feel very thankful for the fact that the members are able to sing the songs he written himself. Even though he's a very sincere person, he would play and mess around with me during recording too, also don't know is it considered cute or not (laughs). 
  • Junhyung: As I write the song, I write while imagining this part would be better sang by this member, recording is the moment when all the things I've imagined became reality. At the moment it felt meaningful. Even though during recording, members would give me very tired gaze because it's difficult, but as a producer you just have to do it cooly. 

Q: Why is Yoseop always the last person to record the song? 

  • Yoseop: I'm still in charge of harmony. Harmony can only be recorded after the members finish their part, so I'm always the last. A song written by BEAST member is sang by BEAST, for harmony we also wish to be all done by BEAST.

Q: During Korea concert (beautiful show 2014) Dongwoon cried right 

  • Dongwoon: Seeing everyone holding 'We'll wait for you BEAST' banner was really too touched I cried badly.
  • Doojoon: It's a surprise prepared for a very long time by the fans. 
  • Junhyung: Because it's an event that's unexpected so was really very touched. Crying from the joy of being able to hold a concert infront of so many people, even I teared up. 
  • Kikwang: BEAST has members who very emotional. Japanese fans often prepare surprise for us too. Not long ago on a concert they prepare a banner 'Let's go to Tokyo Dome together'. 
  • Yoseop: A moment whereby we shared the same heart with the fans of 'Let's go to Tokyo Dome together'! 
  • Doojoon: When we sang <How To Love> on fanmeeting, the grey ocean suddenly became pink right. 
  • Hyunseung: That surprised me too! 
  • Gikwang: We are anticipating what would happen during this tour. Ah I'm just joking~ (laughs)

    • Fans asked dooj to give his coat to gikwang and gikwang was so handsome wearing it. Fans said to give to yoseop, yoseop said he has short legs XD but still handsome after wearing it hehehehe <3333

      • MC: An audience ask why does the content of BEAST's songs is always being dumped by someone (directing to Junhyung) Dont tell me you write a song every time you got dumped? 
      • Everyone: (laughs)
      • Junhyung: No no. Just that there's this feeling that everyone will be able to empathize with the sadness of being dumped
      • MC: Next time try dumping other people too
      • Junhyung: I'm considering should I dump other people next time

    • The stage that BEAST pre-recorded today will be broadcast on 26th October :>
    • Before going up the stage Dongwoon was just standing at a small corner talking to B2UTYs in that area :")
    • When going up the stage Junhyung was exchanging moves with Dooseob & Yoseop lifted his leg pretending to kick him ㅋㅋㅋ
    • After perf the boys shake hands with B2UTYs today hehe saw byut saying she shook hands with dookwang :")
    • Bb boys were sweating so hard that when doojoon and junhyung spinned around, B2UTY can see their sweat flying out
    • When Gikwang was coming up the stage he was humming to Let it go~ Let it go~
    • During standby Gikwang was playing with Yoseop's clothes & pat his butt
    • After Gikwang patted Yoseop's butt, Yoseop pat his own butt too hahahahaha
    • Junhyung's top was a little short so when he danced B2UTYs keep catching glimpse of his stomach >_<
    • Boys who are always working hard ::: Fans were very close to the stage today, only about 1 meter away. Can feel the stage shaking when they're dancing. Even if it's a slow song, they still danced very hard, the floor keep shaking.
    • After recording ::: Both Yoseop and Dongwoon rolled down their windows to wave goodbye to B2UTYs :")

    • PD-nim who was very kind of B2UTYs ::: BEAST recording 2 performance today. The second performance actually do not need any fans, because of the incident that happened yesterday PD-nim wanted them to go home earlier. But he saw so many B2UTYs came and he was especially touched, so he allowed them to continue watching the second performance of 1230. He also asked them to use their rosebongs and use the flashing mode. B2UTYs asked should they use the quick flash mode or the slow flash mode, PD answers slow mode~ so cute :") (credits to 范范范范范FFFAN)

    I don't know how a video of yangdong fooling around can give me so much feels but other than finding them super super cute (😭💕) I really once again felt how strong their bond is. they said you've to find a friend whom you can count on during tough times. it's a given for beast given how much they went through together as 1 prior to their debut and even after debut. and I think more than just a friend whom you count on during rough times, it's even more more more precious  to find a friend who will put down everything, throw away every single image of theirs to fool and be dumb with you😭💕😭 I know it's not the first time we've seen BEAST being dorks but seeing yangdong in their after-performance selves, their hair slightly messed up, the fatigue in their eyes, yet the happiness and radiance from their faces is so immense. it's like I finally get what junhyung mean by it's not work when they're together, it's like a group of friends hanging out. they're probably so tired but yangdong. seeing them fooling around together. playing so well. I just😭😭😭😭😭😭

    there's something about BEAST that just warms your heart :") seob imitating junhyung's pose, seung laughing at kwang's silly pose, dooj pretending to drop eyedrops into dongwoon's eyes..... :") 5 years of being together but they still make us, make EACH OTHER laugh so much :") they been through so much rough times together and from now onwards I really hope only the bestest thing will happen to them. no words can be used to describe their relationship.. when junhyung mentioned just now that work don't feel like work, more of like friends hanging out together. when doojoon mentioned in previous interview that sometimes they're closer than family, sometimes they're like another form of him. when gikwang mentioned in anni video how he got tears in his eyes recalling how he was injured, and how he saw BEAST members practicing the choreography to his song history. this bond, this synergy. there's no need to say our loud. I like the fact how yoseop quoted a realistic term. he said in 50 years BEAST will shine even brighter. when you imagined being with someone for 50 years, it's the people that you know that you want to, and you will, spend the rest of your life with. I love you BEAST. I'm just. thank you. thank you really.

    as I read dooj's tweet about loving 1230 a lot and listening to it everyday and can't wait to share it with us, I'm just super thankful to cube. thankful that they trust junhyung and taejoo time after time in BEAST's title track. of course its also because team good life produces songs that are of a certain standard. but I realize not many groups are given the opportunity to do things like this even if they are interested. I'm thankful that cube gives them the space to grow. I can never forget when cube hands over the whole album production to junhyung and taejoo in shadow album. that's really about trusting and believing in their talent and them living up to the standard. we may have been upset with cube in the past about different things but you can't deny HOW MUCH they have done for BEAST this year. things like releasing teaser images hour by hour. it's not as if they can just set a timing and the images will be released automatically, they still have to watch the clock and release it manually to the fans and the press don't they? it sounds easy but its a actually a lot of work behind it. and the teasers we get at 1230 every night. they could have just release the teasers at any timing they want, it's not even the offices songs yet, but they choose to do it at 1230 in conjunction with the title track and it's just so much more work for them as compared to dropping the teasers at any timing. not forgetting the promo bus earlier during good luck era. the new BEAST logo. the upgraded graphic and design and style of their new album.. just wanna say thank you CUBE♡

    "for 5 years, 6 members of BEAST were 1" the meaning of 561. this made meㅠㅠㅠ so so thankfulㅠㅠㅠ thank you for being tgtㅠㅠㅠ

    it makes me think a lot about all the things BEAST said about each otherㅠㅠ when yoseop has his solo, it makes him miss the rest of the boys and promoting together even moreㅠㅠ when doojoon had solo activity like drama and talk about splitting income among them, he said he feel sorry & that splitting income is a way because he knows the rest of the members are working hard on the album and he can'tㅠㅠ this trustㅠㅠ when the boys have solo activity like musicals, be it dongwoon or hyunseung or yoseop's musicals, the other boys all went to support if their schedules allow. doojoon turned up for yoseop's first solo stage despite having schedules later in the day. junhyung producing yoseop's first ever solo album and he only wants yoseop to be his 'guide' singer. when yoseop is sick and doojoon tweeted about cheering for him a lot for his musical. junhyung received so many 'love calls' from others but he only think about producing for BEAST now. it makes me think about how much BEAST boys think of each other even out of their group activity. they said many things on TV are scripted, but this isn't. BEAST boys who have gone through so much things together pre-debut & after debut. they may not be living/dorming together now but this brotherhood, this bond, this friendship - if I've to choose one thing to believe in for the rest of my life, I choose this.
