suddenly all these awards doesn't really matter.. I'm happy. of course I'm happy seeing BEAST getting the recognition they rightfully deserve and their hard work paid off and also B2UTYs who worked so hard to vote for them.. but today's highlight isn't the triple awards we got.. it's really seeing how BEAST took care of B2UTYs even in such an unfortunate situationㅠㅠ💕 they really went ahead and make sure that B2UTYs are alrightㅠㅠ when the award ceremony started I saw the B2UTYs who are at GDA saying they wanna cry because BEAST isn't even on the stage for the opening ceremony.. but as the award proceed, I saw more & more of them talking about how much BEAST is waving to the fans, how much BEAST bowed to the fans, how much BEAST wave & interact with the fans even when they're backstage. even when they're backstage. I keep emphasizing about them being backstage because, it's a long day for them too. they must be tired and shocked to know that they flew all the way to Beijing but are not allowed to perform. but even when that's the case, even when they can just hang out comfortably backstage, they choose to give as much fanservice as they can. they choose to search for as many as B2UTYs as they can despite the fact that they're so many fans there. not just backstage, if you look at the previews of them when they're receiving an award, they're constantly looking, constantly searching for B2UTYs. this award may not be the smoothest-going award ceremony that BEAST attended, but in a way or another, I think BEAST really reached out and comforted many B2UTYs today. thank youㅠㅠㅠ for not forgetting your first hearts, for always placing B2UTYs before yourselves, for being 6 kind angels that I'll never ever regret stanningㅠㅠ

[NAVER] 'Monstar' & 'Misaeng' director mentions Hyunseung 

'Misaeng' director mentioned Jang Hyunseung in NAVER interview. "'Monstar' is a drama that is initially created with reference to Jang Hyunseung, who was eliminated in Big Bang debut documentary, as an original character." When he was talking to junior actors about wanting to film a youth drama that is about a trainee who spend a long time improving oneself yet getting eliminated, he was recommend to read the manhwa 'Misaeng', and feel that trainee who was full of passion is very similar to the main character, and that's how he decided to create 'Misaeng'. 

Even though in the end 'Monstar' wasn't created with Hyunseung's story, he has inspired the storyline of 'Misaeng' :")

 141222 On Women Sports Daesung 2014, when Female basketball player Park Hye Jin was giving her thank-you speech, the MC asked "If you've to choose between an all win and actor Yoon Dujun for a Christmas gift, which would you choose?" Park Hye Jin answered "I hope the other players/teammates won't see this, I choose Yoon Dujun!"

Park Hye Jin is a 90liner Korean female basketball player ^^ She mentioned in an interview in October before that a favorite artiste of hers is BEAST Yoon Dujun, that's why the MC would ask such a question ^^

Doojoon to Hyunseung: 
"Hyunseung ah, (during It's a beautiful night era) having to prepare for the comeback while acting in a musical really has been hard on you.. No matter when you're constantly showing your talents in various areas, this is something that is really worth to be proud of and take pride in. Everyone please applause for Jang Hyunseung."

Hyunseung to Junhyung: 
"Junhyung ah, to be able to sing the songs you wrote, is a privilege that I have only because I'm a member of BEAST. Even though I listened to a lot of songs a lot of raps, but the songs you wrote the raps you does is the really the best."

Junhyung to Gikwang:  
"Gikwang ah, seeing your perseverance in exercising & managing your body in the mid of the busy schedule, even though I'm a member too but seeing your hardworking and honest self really makes me feel that all these isn't easy. I hope that no matter when you'll always be healthy as a pillar of BEAST." 

Gikwang to Yoseop:

OT6ㅠㅠ thank youㅠㅠ and I love youㅠㅠ



in the entertainment industry, there is this word called "business partner". something along the line of they're just purely business partner who is in a group or a unit or a project or a collaboration, something like that right? I mean this kind of thing can't be helped. you may went through a lot of things together, a lot of hardships etc, but sometimes when you can't clique well with some people you just can't. you may have go through a lot of memories together but you guys just don't confide in each other or open up to each other about very very very personal stuffs. this "business partner" term is common in the industry right? 

but when I see BEAST, their bond, their connection, their friendship - it's so strong that even I, in a sense envy their friendship? haha. does it make sense? I mean I've people whom I feel as close to and can tell them about everything. but when I see BEAST it's just. it's like they're MEANT to find each other. they're the chosen ones for each other. that whoever up there don't just make them go through hardships together and make them even close, but also put 6 boys who equally cherish, trust, love and confide in each other. when I see how Doojoon said in a long time ago interview that he tell BEAST things that he doesn't tell his family. and today's high cut interview of Yoseop saying he would DEFINITELY tell the members about his dating things because he even tell them about his own family issue. it's like, what's there can we not talk about? I've to admit that I don't follow other groups much & I don't know if they've said words like this before but when I see BEAST, the feeling is just so different. you know the boys aren't just members. they aren't. they are friends who are there for each other through the lowest time of their lives, who listen to them cry, who laughed with them in their happy times. I really like. there's nothing more I believe in this bond of BEAST. even friendship doesn't seems like adequate word to describe their relationship.

happy 5th anniversary B2UTYs :")



I wouldn't call B2UTYs a fandom because a fandom feels more like a place where people can come and go but a family feels more like an identity that's given to us. it is isn't it? an identity. we may be from different countries, we speak different languages, we are of different age, some of us are studying some of us are working, we all have different personalities, we all have different like and dislikes - but we all come together as one under the identity "B2UTYs". I love how the boys named so many things with us in it. their concerts - beautiful show. their song - beautiful. even jap concerts have a category of seats called the beauty seat. I love how we've such a pretty design for our official light stick, the rose bong. everything fits so well together. the Disney movie beauty and the beast. it's like we are really meant to meet each other :") I wouldn't call us perfect because like every family, we have our own ups & downs, we have our own conflicts. but what makes this journey more meaningful is exactly by growing together with each other & with BEAST through laughters & tears. let our story stay forever like the fairy tale, 오래보자♡ this incredibly thankful heart of mine will always be how I feel towards B2UTYs and BEAST :")

141130 TV Report ::: Shouting at the top BEAST's confidence



BEAST who has debuted for 5 years, it's a idol group that is said to have no crisis at all. Even though they did get into trouble once or twice, but BEAST who couldn't any big trouble, said its because they personally aren't so courageous. Fans aren't even worried that they'll disband. Interviewer said that even if they created a small trouble, until now because they manage it properly, therefore they're able to quickly recover BEAST. The six men who shyly showed their confidence laughed out loud. 

Having 2 comeback in a year, a promise with fans

It's difficult having 2 comebacks in a year. (laughs) But being able to keep the promise with fans is really good. Even though we're busy that our heads are spinning, but we fulfilled our goals so our moods are good. Created songs that the fans like, and songs that the members like it. Lee Gikwang's composed song matches well with the entire album feel so we hurriedly add it in. We've seen Lee Gikwang's directing skills in the previous album <History>, though it's still a little amateur. 

There are 2 types of producer. During recording Yong Junhyung is very precise, he will help you by explaining the style specifically. On the other hand, Lee Gikwang's request is very unique. For example, "Sing like you're in a dream", "Sing it more hot", his going-along-with-feeling style makes the memebrs, who are already used to Yong PD's precise explanation, feel shocked and pain (laughs). On a whole, standing in a view point of a singer, Yong PD's producing indeed make people more comfortable (laugh).

Idol group that is ungraspable, 5 years of showing their talents and growth

Actually when BEAST debut, we're also a group who troubles over the question of whether we're able to survive or not. It's because of the blessing of fans' love that we're able to reach the position we're today. 5 years is definitely a long time, but we think from today on we're still able to go on together for a long time. In the past few years, when we release albums, in terms of opportunities, we have very good luck. Thanks to <Mystery> BEAST start to gain fame, we're very thankful towards this song. In the past 5 years there is not one slightest distraction. Afterwards we're able to feel satisfied naturally too. 

Because we take into account both genre of dance and ballad, we received a lot of love. When we stand on the stage we don't have any restriction, we are able to do well in both happy and sad songs, this is our strength. An area that is our strength is after the members digest the songs and handsomely perform it. The vocals that were hidden during a dance track were able to be shown during a ballad. At the same time it seems like we're able to show the strength of each member too. 

Towards the word 'Growth', we have a very realistic moment regarding it, which is when we voice out our opinions during MV shooting or album  producing. During debut time, we will totally go along with the company's decision, now we ourselves have a choice too. Music is also doing the music we want to do. Especially after Yong Junhyung become the producer, it has become more free/has more freedom. Individual wise it's having our own apartments. 

More than teamwork it's more like kinship. Plans for marriage or dating - None

Actually we don't know what exactly is teamwork. We're more like friends. Normally to people, things like unity, cooperation carry a stronger meaning. But for us it's friendship or kinship. Other than maknae Son Dongwoon, the members are all same age friends, we are able to get along naturally and easily with each other, so BEAST's future still has a long way to go (laughs). In the future we should still be together too. Whether it has been 5 years, 50 years, we want to continue shining as a part of BEAST. It'll be good if BEAST can continue for a long long time, this is our wish. (laughs) 

If there are many restriction or pressure then it may become we will easily commit mistake. But we don't have that sort of restriction so we don't go on the wrong path. Because the control is lax, we become more timid, before that we are also very careful. We don't have any members quitting before, we have been like this from debut until now. Because there are group promotions along with personal promotions, we're too busy, so we don't have any time to develop any negative thoughts (laughs) 

Perhaps BEAST enlisting will become our dividing point. When that time comes, we'll spend our time well in our specific departments. Even though there is no concrete plan now, but as we worked hard for our promotions, if we received the calls from the nation to enlist, we will immediately go. Previously, Dongwoon said after releasing his own solo, he will go to the army himself after his album hits the peak, if (the album) can't make it, he will enlist together with the hyungs. Now our goal has changed to enlisting together.

(laughs) Marriage to BEAST is still like a dream, there is no feeling of reality to us personally. In the short term there's no date for planning too. (laughs)
